3.2. All transactions are processed through Google Play and App Store and are subject to their terms.

4.1. MoovaGames does not store user data on external servers. All data is saved locally on the user’s device.

4.2. If you wish to remove all data, simply delete the app from your device.

5. LIMITATION of LIABILITY

5.1. The Developer shall not be liable for any losses resulting from the use or inability to use the Services.

6.1. The Developer may restrict access to users who violate this Agreement.

6.2. Users may terminate this Agreement by uninstalling the apps.

7. CHANGES to the AGREEMENT

7.1. The Developer reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service.
